A forum by and for immigrants, emigrants and returnees, who like Canada or maybe not?
Every immigrant has his or her experiences in Canada. Many good experiences, without a doubt. But also bad experiences.
How do the good and bad experiences compare to each other? Which ones to consider? Will you stay in Canada or perhaps you belong to the significant group of returnees?
A few years in Canada... and then back again; or further. That should be possible, right? We investigate, we tell and we report.
Canadians know no better than that the whole world wants to move to Canada. Because well, it is of course also the best country in the world. Canadians hear that all their lives, so it must be that way?
You may not really feel at home in your new country. There may also be other reasons why you want to leave again.
Some also move on to another country.
It has been coming and going in Canada for years. What motivates people and what has everyone experienced.
Maybe we can all learn something from that?

Let's face it, Canada is a great country, isn't it? The nature is beautiful, there are plenty of opportunities, the people are mostly friendly and there is plenty of space. Oh and wait, it's actually a very rich country too.
And yet there are people who do not feel at home in Canada at all. Now it's their turn to say why. You can do whatever you want with that information. Are we crazy? We don't think so.
But it is a fact that not every country is ideal for everyone. And maybe that's a good thing. Because otherwise everyone would move there and that is not possible. Enjoy the differences!
